Where did the idea to start something like this come from? Please also talk us through your background and your journey as an entrepreneur;
My journey as an entrepreneur started when I completed my Masters in Business Administration and got campus placement. I was part of Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) at my campus. As you know E-Cell is like a club run by students and driven by the management of the institute, since then I organize various activities from end-to-end and enjoyed that moment and from there my inclination towards entrepreneurship started so I achieved my aim and become Founder of the company titled “RelyMore”
Why did you choose entrepreneurship over a job?
My instinct to start from the scratch lured me to build something for the digital world from my available resources which were very minimal at the time of startup. As you know it looks exciting to build something of your own from the scratch and in a complex and today’s rapidly changing world, collaboration and openness are vital nowadays. I believes in sharing technology, ideas, and thinking with others for mutual benefit and better outcomes which would not be possible in Job. So I prefer to open up “RelyMore” to achieve my objective of becoming an entrepreneur rather than working as in job in some company.
What’s your source of motivation?
Sustainable business growth and never-ending learning opportunities are my sources of motivation.
What challenges/obstacles did you face in your journey so far?
While building a perfect Team in the competitive marketplace I feel maximum challenges. I feel this came in my journey due to a lack of awareness which I have faced in the last 2 years.
Tell us about the uniqueness of your startup, please;
In RelyMore the Frugal Innovation is our core competency which allows us to achieve more by using fewer resources.
How do you handle the pressure and manage stress?
I feel I don’t feel pressure on me however, As you know when you do what you love to do and the stress is not felt in life. I manage stress by listening to music which I love the most besides this I do workout sessions and spend quality family time to keep my stress at bay for me.
What is one strategy that you believe has helped you grow as a person/startup?
The One strategy which I believe has helped me to grow as a startup entrepreneur is being transparent to clients & a collective/updated team definitely helped me grow as a professional.
In your opinion what are the keys to success?
In my opinion the PRESERVERANCE, ABILITY TO LEARN AND EXECUTE EFFECTIVELY FAST, SELF CONFIDENCE, AND GRATITUDE are the keys to success.
What advice would you give to someone starting out as an aspiring entrepreneur?
